Guthrie County Hospital Auxiliary

Founded on a tradition of giving the Guthrie County Hospital Auxiliary is a non-profit service organization whose mission is to work in conjunction with the Guthrie County Hospital by volunteering to promote the health of our community.

This volunteer organization augments the programs and services of Guthrie County Hospital by hosting numerous fundraising activities throughout the year, presenting monetary gifts to the hospital to aid in the purchase of new equipment. Their contributions are far reaching and provide valuable benefits for the patients, families, and employees of Guthrie County Hospital.

Membership

We welcome new members and encourage anyone with a heart for service to get involved!

Becoming a member is simple—just choose the level of participation that works best for you: 

  • Active Member – $5 annually 
    Participate in meetings, fundraisers, and hospital projects. 

  • Supporting Member – $10 annually 
    Support our mission financially and participate when you can. 

  • Lifetime Member – $50 one-time fee 
    Make a lasting commitment to the Auxiliary’s mission.

Meetings

The Auxiliary meets on the second Monday of every other month (January–November). All members are welcome to attend! 

Events and Programs

The Auxiliary supports Guthrie County Hospital through various fundraising activities and community initiatives, including: 

  • Scholarships for students pursuing healthcare careers 

  • Biannual Baked Potato Bar & Bake Sale 

  • Patient Care Bags 

  • Auxiliary Vending Machine (Main Lobby) 

Scholarship Program

The Guthrie County Hospital Auxiliary proudly awards a $500 scholarship to one graduating senior from each Guthrie County school district who is pursuing a career in a medical or health-related field and maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0.
