Cardiac rehabilitation is a physician-ordered program that assists you in adopting a heart-healthy lifestyle. You may need cardiac rehabilitation if you are recovering from a heart-related hospitalization or procedure. Our experienced cardiac rehabilitation teams can create an individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to your medical needs and health goals. You will receive the encouragement and support you need to succeed. And our cardiac rehabilitation teams stay close communication with your cardiologist to keep you stay and discuss any changes to your plan.

Program Benefits

Program Details:

  • 2-3 sessions per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
  • Up to 36 sessions, tailored to your needs
  • Monitored by registered nurses with a full healthcare team including nutrition, pharmacy, and social services
  • Education on heart health, lifestyle changes, medications, and symptom management

Cardiac & Pulmonary Support Group

Facilitated by Christine Drake, RN, BSN

Join us at Sneakers Café located in Guthrie County Hospital for the cardiac & pulmonary support group.  This is a great way to share your experiences and expand your knowledge about cardiac & pulmonary rehab in a relaxed educational setting.
