Our Services

Evaluation & Assessment

Your physical therapist works with your primary care provider to review your medical history and perform evaluations such as muscle strength, sensation, and range of motion testing. This allows us to create a personalized treatment plan and therapy goals tailored to your needs.

Pain Management

We use a variety of treatment techniques to help reduce pain, including:

  • Heat and ice therapy

  • Ultrasound

  • Electrical stimulation

  • Massage and soft tissue mobilization

  • Traction and stretching

Strengthening & Stretching

Physical therapy can improve mobility, reduce joint and soft tissue pain, enhance circulation, and improve overall function. Therapists design individualized exercise programs—including home exercises—to support recovery, prevent future injuries, and improve quality of life. Programs are customized for patients with complex medical conditions as well as athletes.

Walking Aids & Assistive Devices

We evaluate and fit patients for braces, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices to help improve safety, mobility, and independence.

Injury Prevention & Education

Our therapists play an important role in wellness education, including:

  • Preventing back pain and injuries

  • Sports injury prevention and recovery

  • Job-specific body mechanics to reduce workplace injuries

  • Safe exercise guidance for new and expecting mothers

  • Strategies to prevent re-injury

Vestibular Rehabilitation

We evaluate and treat dizziness and positional vertigo using specialized exercises and positioning techniques to reduce or eliminate symptoms.

Urinary Incontinence Treatment

Physical therapists assess and treat urinary incontinence through:

  • Pelvic floor strengthening exercises

  • Bladder training and tracking

  • Dietary education

  • Surface EMG to evaluate muscle control

Gait & Balance Training

Therapists assess balance and stability while standing and walking. Treatment may include strengthening, coordination exercises, balance training, and recommendations for assistive devices if needed.
