Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a program designed to help individuals with lung disease breathe easier, build strength, and improve quality of life. The program meets twice a week and combines supervised exercise, breathing techniques, education, and support.

What to Expect
Participants receive individualized exercise plans monitored by trained healthcare professionals, along with education on breathing techniques, medications, nutrition, and long-term lung health.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation helps break the cycle of shortness of breath and inactivity—empowering patients to live more active, confident lives.
Cardiac & Pulmonary Support Group

Join us at Sneakers Café located in Guthrie County Hospital for the cardiac & pulmonary support group. This is a great way to share your experiences and expand your knowledge about cardiac & pulmonary rehab in a relaxed educational setting.
